The day after Christmas
Travis invited us to go out to the dessert to go sledding and shooting with him and a couple other friends. Since I can't sled this year, I spent a good share of the time in the warm car or in the jeep that was pulling a canoe full of people in it. It was pretty funny to watch but I didn't get any good pictures of it. Here is nathan & charlie on the 4 wheeler pulling a tube of travis' neighbor kids. charlie loves to be either on the 4 wheeler while it is going, or chasing it down. either way, he is happy to be in snow!

Christmas Day
Christmas morning we opened up presents at our house and had some yummy cinnamon rolls. I got Nathan a Bose ipod sound dock speaker thing and a flat screen computer monitor. His current monitor makes such a high pitch squeak that I think only charlie and I hear. So this will be nice :)
Nathan got me.... drumroll please!!!!
FOOTIE PAJAMAS (complete with a butt-flap)
I can't tell you how long I've been wanting some of these. basically since i grew out of my little kid ones in england. they are amazing and today i seriously haven't taken them off and it's currently almost 5pm. lol
Also, I really wanted a fitness thing for the wii, so he got me the wii fit which will be so nice to use after the baby so i can work out at home. (he wanted me to be sure that people knew that i wanted it, not that he thought i needed it) haha
After hanging out at home for a while, we stopped by nathan's parents house to pick up our stocking stuffers, then headed down to orem to my gma's house. we played a round of settlers of catan (our new favorite game)... (and no mom, you don't have an 8)
everyone else started showing up a little later in the day. it was nice to just hang out... we didn't do a big dinner like we normally do, so we all stocked up on a little too much candy and sweets. but that's okay, right?!
i made my parent's a frame that has a personalized "all i need to know about life i learned from my parents" list in it. i would write some of them on here, but it's alot of personal jokes that wouldn't seem funny to many other people : )
even lincoln got a few presents! it was really surreal to open a present that said "to:lincoln".
shan slaved really hard over the sewing machine for a bunch of presents that she made, one of which was my favorite thing ever- a homemade diaper bag! it is the cutest thing ever, which came complete with my first ever baby wipes and bottle. lol
we had a great christmas with both our families. we're so glad that my parent's live close enough that they only have to drive an hour to be with us instead of 24!

Christmas Eve
On Christmas eve, we took some pictures by our beautiful tree! After that, we headed over to nathan's brothers house for their family Christmas party. It's so nice that they are willing to do Christmas on a different day so we don't have to go to 2 families houses in one day. Here are our quick pics that we snapped with a handy self timer on my new point&shoot camera:

3. a big cold turkey sandwich... that'll have to wait til march *sigh*
4. sleeping on my back... again, march.
5. our vegas trip in 12 days... still need to plan that. oops!
6. getting the baby's room done. anyone wanna help? :)
7. child proofing our house... yes! i am looking forward to a super clean, simple house
8. american idol. haha i'm a nerd
9. eating sugar cookies that i'm about to bake.. mmm
10. seeing everyone open the presents that i got them! i love that part.
We haven't taken any pictures lately because I'm too lazy to get out my nice camera, and we just bought a new point and shoot camera a couple days ago. So hopefully I can get back in the habit of documenting our lives so I can update this more.

1st day of 3rd trimester
Wow, where does the time go? Today at the studio we finally got our
shooting space finished. We've been doing some remodeling over the
past month so Brody wanted to test out our studio space real quick.
Here is a little belly shot he took of me today:

Finally!
Nathan felt the baby kick tonight! About an hour after I ate a big
bowl of ice cream, Lincoln started going crazy kickin. Finally after
weeks of only me being able to feel him, Nathan felt and could see the
kicks from my tummy. Pretty exciting! This is a picture from last week
at 24 weeks : )
