First huge snow of the season today and Charlie was in heaven catching
snowballs!

Thrift store finds

Yesterday we got alot accomplished. In the morning I went to my first
messiah choir practice. Shan, Renae, and Chelsea are singing in it as
well. Me and shan kept cracking up laughing at inappropriate times
which made it more fun. In the afternoon me and Bner went to the
thrift store and found dime fun stuff. I got picture frames and she
got a jewelry box. We had a blast restoring them by spray painting
them cool colors. After she left, me and Nathan went to another thrift
store and got some more frames, a cool nightstand shelf thing for the
babys room, and some crazy shelves. Everything I got was only $35 today!
We spent the rest of the night outside painting our new things orange,
gray, brown, and cream. Nathan made a fire in the backyard to jeep us
warm. We got the frames up on the wall but there is nothing in them
yet. In each frame we are going to put pictures of our family, and the
top frame will say something about his family tree or just his name.

Halloween

Last night we hung out with shan and the gang. We took the pirate and
supergirl trick or treating around the neighborhood then had some
dinner and watched "the knowing". Interesting movie. Lol
Ada had her little face painted like a cat, that was so cute :)

Texas!

I had a blast in Texas! Here is a quick snapshot of me and Seth at the
batting cages. I miss russ, Laura, seth, and Jaiden so much! It's nice
to see them and be able to spend so much time with them. Vegas in
January is going to be awesome for their wedding.

My "nesting woman" thing

Today I got quite a bit accomplished! We had Travis over for a yummy
steak dinner and all day I've been working on the babys room. Nathan
calls it my nesting-woman thing and doesn't quite understand why I'm
getting this done right now when I'm not due until march. Oh well, I
guess it is just a woman thing to want to start decorating for the new
little one.
I'm all about finding deals. The crib we got last tear at D.I and I
refinished it. The huge rug we got at ikea on clearance for $15! And
the fabrics were a great deal as well. I just love the plaid orange,
brown, grays. I decided no theme to the room. I just want colors and
art all over. A long time ago, me and shan had an art day and painted
some canvas squares. I've never had a use until now for them! After
deciding on the colors, I found the old squares and they matched
perfectly with orange and brown. I'm really excited to start getting
things together. The closet is a but sad right now with just 3 items
of clothing haha but as it gets closer I'll start to stock up :)
