movin' on up! (hopefully)

So! June 18th is the big day. The day that our house will go up for sale. It's going to be a VERY crazy 2 weeks in the mean time trying to fix it up and clean it up. In the past week, we have painted shutters, installed baseboards, tiled a backsplash, built and planted in a flower bed, and lots of other things that we needed to do to update the house.
We put down a deposit on a lot in Eagle Mountain to build a new house! We are hoping to break even with our current house so we don't have to pay out of pocket. We're getting a GREAT deal on the house. It's pretty much our dream house. It has the perfect layout, big 3 car garage for nathan, HUGE master bedroom and bathroom with our own master retreat sitting area, a very open kitchen with a big island, and lots more. I love it. Hopefully everything goes well and we are actually able to sell our house though! Here are some photos of the model home of what ours would look like. *sigh* Someday... It takes 5 months to build so after we sell our house we can start building so we'll have to find a rental for a little while.
