bullet points

I know... It's been kinda crazy and I kinda forgot about this blog.
So, I'll just go through some bullet points:
*Shot a crazy wedding in Lyman Wyoming, along with lots of in state ones
*Going to NYC in 16 days to visit the city and hang out with another photography studio there.
*Going to Texas in 26 days to shoot Becca's wedding and visit Russ, Laura, Seth & Jaiden! yay!
*Going to Vegas in January for Russ & Laura's wedding!
*Maybe going to Vegas in March for WPPI if I'm able to... it's about 3 weeks before I'm due so we'll see.
*i'm 14 weeks.. and i'm 80% sure I felt the baby today. it was really quick but it happened twice today. crazy!
*Still never got morning sickness, or crazy cravings. yahoo!!
*baby names for almost sure:
boy- Lincoln _______ Petersen
girl- London Abagail Petersen
*Nathan is finishing up putting our jeep back together so we should be able to go 4 wheeling again next week!
*My favorite show is back on so Thursday nights are blocked out of my schedule for The Office
*i've been making lots of cute headbands lately, feeling quite crafty
*work has been busy busy, september was our busiest month- 18 weddings!
*starting to get antsy to find out what i'm having so i can do some decorating
*still wanting to sell the house, but it's not actually for sale. need to do some fixing up first
*got a porch swing! i love just swinging with nathan, and charlie loves that we're sitting in the backyard with him
*started a 2,000 piece puzzle as me and nathans almost nightly project. it's a picture of times square : )
*got my first ever flu shot. felt like the old days when shan used to punch me so hard my arm went numb. haha
*having lots of weird dreams lately... one where nathan got us a 100 foot "guard snake"... quite a crazy dream
*dealing with a crazy bride and brides mom right now. we don't get many crazys, but holy cow. they're nuts.
* Nathans brother Alan gets back from his mission from Hong Kong in January

I think that's a fairly good update from the past couple weeks and the coming weeks. I'll try to be better with this thing!

recent going-ons

So far I haven't gotten morning sickness so that's great! I just have to snack all day though because if I get myself to the hungry point I can feel sickness coming on. I think it's a girl, nathan hopes for a boy.. kelsie says its a boy based on the chinese gender chart so we'll see. the only names i like so far are boys names- Lincoln and London.
Nathan's birthday was yesterday so we met up with some people at a sushi place. Of course I was the only non-sushi-er there but that's okay. It was a good time and tomorrow his family is coming over for a BBQ.
That's about all that's been happening around here.

Published photographer!

While I was at barnes and noble the other day I came across the
magazine that the studio is all over! The cover is brodys picture. Ran
and I also had a wedding we shot last year published in the issue as
well! We were pretty excited! It's the middle bottom row magazine

California

Thursday, Brody and I headed to California to shoot a wedding on Friday. Thursday we met up with another utah photographer and went to Disneyland. I finally went on it's a small world.. I was pretty excited for it, but once the ride started I changed my mind. The ride went to a complete stop and we were stuck listening to the music for about 10 minutes. Lets just say that is a once in a lifetime kinda ride. It was a fun time in Cali! We stayed in LA and the wedding friday was at the San Diego Temple and the San Clemente State Beach for the reception. I'll put pictures of that on my photography blog sometime next week

our anniversary

june 20th was our 3 year anniversary! we went to see UP in 3D that night which was really cute. Here is a picture of us in our sweet 3D glasses:

4th of july we went to Shan's house for some fun times! They had lots of sweet fireworks and we played guitar hero on a projector in the backyard.
